2. Data Security Measures
(1) How We Protect Your Information
We implement physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards, including:
- SSL encryption for all financial transactions
- Restricted internal access (only staff who need data for their role)
- Secure server environments protected by firewalls and physical access controls
While we follow industry-standard practices, no internet transmission is 100% secure. You acknowledge that sharing information with us is done at your own risk.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or license your personal or financial information to third parties. To enhance service quality, we collaborate with trusted partners (see below).
You are responsible for keeping your Azure account credentials confidential.
(2) Third-Party Partners
We share data only as necessary, under strict confidentiality agreements and encrypted transmission:
- Shipping: We share your name, address, email, and phone number with carriers (e.g., DHL, USPS, FedEx, UPS, EMS) to fulfill orders.
- Payments: Payment details are shared with processors (e.g., PayPal, credit card networks) solely to complete transactions and prevent fraud.
- Marketing: If you’ve opted in, we may send promotions via email or SMS (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- Analytics: We share non-identifiable, aggregated data (e.g., daily page views, average order value) with tools like Google Analytics and advertising partners.
(3) Affiliates and Business Transfers
We may share data with affiliated companies. In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
3. Policy Updates
Azure reserves the right to update this Privacy & Security Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice via our website.

We do not use sensitive data for cross-context behavioral advertising and do not “sell” or “share” it for such purposes.
You may enable Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser to automatically opt out of targeted advertising cookies. If you’re logged in, we’ll apply this preference across your known devices.
Our loyalty programs (e.g., discounts, exclusive offers) may constitute a “financial incentive” under CCPA. The value of your data is reasonably tied to the benefits you receive. You may withdraw at any time by emailing azureplume.global@gmail.com.
